Situated among the green hills of Umbria, just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, La Dimora di Gemma offers five spacious, independent apartments.
Dimora di Gemma is composed by five elegant flats: L’Arcobaleno, Le Rose, Il Glicine, Le Stelle and Il Sole. Each apartament has got a spacious living room with kitchen,one or two bedroom(s), bathroom with shower, independent heating and relax area. The swimming pool situeted in one of the farm’s garden, a large parking, a big park with fruits trees and a small church complete the complex. Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and the many nearly pretty villages offer the chance to walk nature, gastronomic and cultural trails.

Ogni appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata, una o due camere da letto e bagno con doccia. Diversi nei colori e negli arredi gli appartamenti si affacciano su di una delle quattro sale dell’Agriturismo. All’esterno ampi spazi a disposizione degli ospiti e parcheggio gratuito. Si può usufruire, gratuitamente, della piscina, del tavolo da ping pong, delle biciclette. Nelle vicinanze: lago, maneggio, laghetto pesca sportiva, tiro a segno, autodromo, località artistiche, culturali, religiose, enogastronomiche.
Each apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Differing in colors and furnishings, the apartments overlook one of the farmhouse’s four main halls. Outside, guests can enjoy ample outdoor spaces and free parking. The use of the swimming pool, ping pong table, and bicycles is also included at no extra cost. Nearby attractions include the lake, horseback riding, a sport fishing pond, shooting range, racetrack, and various artistic, cultural, religious, and food and wine destinations.
