Villa Rancio farmhouse consists of a traditional stone farmhouse, typical of the region, fully renovated and featuring five independent rooms, each with its own private bathroom
Villa Rancio farmhouse is set against a backdrop of typical Umbrian hills and valleys, with DOC vineyards specializing in both white and red grapes, ancient olive groves, and extensive fields dedicated to cereal cultivation. The entire estate offers visitors the chance to connect closely with nature. The woods, ideal for hiking or mountain biking, and the small artificial lake, where sport fishing is possible, are linked by old country roads that also pass by historic rural buildings once used by the farmers who cultivated the land. The farm produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil, chickpeas, lentils, barley, and authentic white and red wines, all of which guests can taste and purchase.
The Rooms
The spacious rooms are decorated and personalized with style and simplicity
Two ground floor and three on the first floor of the house, overlooking a large terrace from which you can admire the beautiful landscape. The house, which can also be booked entirely has, within it, a small kitchen connected with one of the four rooms of the farmhouse. The five rooms of the house, each with private bath, are equipped with TV, laundry room and bathroom and heating.
